A NEW food truck, Miro’s has arrived on campus with a menu of items that include a variety of sandwiches, wraps and salads in beef, chicken and vegetarian options – and it’s Kosher too.  The sides include spicy fries, salad, cole slaw, brown rice and quinoa. Check it out next to the Green Library!
