Hosting an upcoming camp or conference?

The Office of Business Services would like to hear from you if your department or unit is planning to host a summer camp or conference at FIU. By sharing your plans, you help us better anticipate campus activity and enhance your event experience by coordinating services such as dining, retail availability, box lunches, potential discounts, and appropriate staffing. Even if you do not require specific services, notifying us of large groups on campus allows us to prepare accordingly and ensure a welcoming environment for your attendees.
