Hosting an upcoming camp or conference?

The Office of Business Services would like to hear from you.   If your department or unit anticipates hosting a camp or conference in the near future, we’d like to assist with your planning and to enhance your event by providing additional information for your attendees (i.e.: what dining or retail will be open when they are on campus).    Please provide us information regarding your upcoming camps and conferences.    Even when planned services are not needed, Business Services wants to know when large groups are on campus so that we can prepare properly and ensure a great experience for the guests.  Help us to help you by providing us notification of your event.
