All currently enrolled students are automatically eligible to participate in the Student Rewards Program (the “Program”). Points are earned by using your FIU Cash Account (Plan 31) or Book Advance Transfer Funds (Plan 321) at participating locations (see below).  Dollars spent using Book Advance funds (Plan 32), Meal Plans, and shopFIU Giftcards do not count towards points.

Wells Fargo

The FIU One Card may offer additional point opportunities throughout the year at participating locations.

Points are totaled daily, and will post online to your account within one day from the date of purchase. 

Points will stop accumulating at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on the second Thursday of May each year.  Points expire at 12:01 a.m. (EST) on the following Saturday each year, and do not carry forward.

Cardholder’s point balance will be negatively adjusted for any returns/refunds for items purchased using the FIU One Card Cash Account. Points have no cash value, are non-negotiable, non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for any benefit except those rewards designated by the FIU One Card Office and shopFIU. Points are not the property of any Cardholder or other person, and may not be brokered, bartered, pledged, gifted, or sold.

Available rewards for each reward level are posted on the FIU One Card – Student Rewards website at http://rewards.fiu.edu.  Rewards are available while supplies last.

Point Redemption

Points may not be redeemed for rewards during the first 30 days of each semester. Points must be redeemed in person by the Cardholder, at the FIU One Card Office, during regular business hours.  Cardholder must present the FIU One Card to redeem points. 

Ability to Earn/Redeem Points

If there is any fraud or abuse related to the accrual of points, the FIU One Card Office reserves the right to prohibit you from earning or redeeming points through your FIU One Card and cause you to forfeit any points in the Program. If your points are forfeited for any reason, the FIU One Card will not reinstate these points.

Notifications

Students will receive notifications from rewards@fiu.edu periodically. Students may opt-out of these notifications at any time by visiting http://rewards.fiu.edu, or click unsubscribe from the e-mail notification. Students may view their Student Reward statement detailing point transaction history and current balance on the FIU One Card – Student Rewards website.   

The FIU One Card reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke participation in the Program for any reason whatsoever.  The Program and rewards are offered at the sole discretion of the FIU One Card Office.  The FIU One Card may, at any time, without prior notice, (a) change, limit, or terminate any aspect of the Program; (b) terminate the Program in its entirety; (c) amend the Program Terms & Conditions, promotions, and rewards, in whole or in part; and (d) discontinue or replace any reward. 

The Cardholder agrees to abide by University rules, regulations, policies and procedures, including the FIU One Card Terms & Conditions.
