Conveniently located at both Modesto Maidique & Biscayne Bay Campuses, shopVenues are ideally presented for academic or community events, organization meetings, and after hour lounge environments. Venues consist of common area spaces that are available to hold many types of events from holiday gatherings, receptions, lectures, late evening assemblies, and dine-in settings to conference break-out sessions.

Book a venue in 3 easy steps

step1    

Once you choose a venue, complete and submit a reservation request form.  You should receive a quote within one to two business days.

Review quote and venue guidelines received from shopVenues, and resubmit with approving signature, payment, and/or departmental billing information within two business days to confirm reservation.

step3

After receiving confirmation, coordinate your event by requesting and verifying all service needs such as custodial, security, transportation, event set-up and take-down, media/AV, etc.  See our list of helpful event resources.
